爱心捐助, 东日本大地震

2011年3月11日，日本当地时间14时46分，日本东北部海域发生里氏9.0级地震并引发海啸，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。地震震中位于宫城县以东太平洋海域，震源深度海下10千米。东京有强烈震感。地震引发的海啸影响到太平洋沿岸的大部分地区。地震造成日本福岛第一核电站1~4号机组发生核泄漏事故。4月1日，日本内阁会议决定将此次地震称为“东日本大地震”。

Hello Scott,

I really appreciate this proposal with you. My wife’s parents of my wife live in Otsuchi-cho, which is a small and peaceful town in Iwate pref.
A tsunami hit there, and they lost their house, beautiful seasides and mountains. http://www.youtube.com/ganbareotsuchi
Fortunately they were able to take refuge to the nearest high school.
